We could not be more delighted with the space and finish created by Klaudia, Bogumil and their team. They showed great initiative and attention to detail and continually communicated to us their progress and points for discussion and decision. We were expecting a significant building project with two children under three in tow to be rather stressful but can honestly say the stress for us was kept to a minimum by Finch Lockerbie. We would not hesitate to recommend them and indeed, have already done so to several friends.

We had a very good experience with Finch Lockerbie Construction building our extension. Hard working and focused on a good quality finish. What we particularly liked is that they worked with us throughout the build on finalising specifications and even modifying designs (eg we added a mezzanine half way through the project, and they helped design and plan it). The project dragged a little towards the end, but we’re really pleased with the final outcome. They’ve also been good at resolving snagging issues afterwards.
